Medical Payments Coverage

Pays: Medical bills caused by an automobile accident, including those in which the victim was a bicyclist or a pedestrian.

Covers: You, family members, and passengers in your car, regardless of who caused the accident. You can't collect from both your medical payments and your uninsured - underinsured motorists coverage for the same medical bills.

Med Pay coverage works just like PIP coverage but only covers medical bills. There is no loss of earnings covered and the stated limit will be listed on your policy declarations page.
