The internet based communication application provides direct data access on a real-time basis between customers, collision repair facilities and Insurance-Fleet partners. While the electronic Vehicle Repair Manager (eVRM) application of RTI is conducive to the savings of time and resources as well as operational and vehicle accident management costs, its focus is on complimenting and extending an existing service program within a real-time value chain.

RTI™ offers you a platform to manage your direct repair program and network repair facilities from a single desktop. The eVRM application is rules-based and built to offer business intelligence allowing the user to make smarter decisions while focusing on key business metrics including cycle time, severity, alternative parts usage, rental and loss of use recovery, total losses and promise dates. With a single click of your mouse you have access to track and analyze real-time severity risks, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) trends, repair shop performance, and immediately identify and respond to exceptions of your pre-defined guidelines.

Because RTI™ is facilitated as an Application Service Provider (ASP), there is no software installation and all data is stored in a highly secure co-location facility.
